Our stand rental calculator

This is how it works:

1. Stand type and size
Select the desired stand type and the dimensions in width and depth (minimum size: 12 m²).

2. Media package and co-exhibitors
The Media Package is obligatory and costs 490.00 euros per main exhibitor and per co-exhibitor. Please indicate the number of planned co-exhibitors.

3 AUMA fees and ancillary costs
These are calculated automatically on the basis of the stand area. The flat rate for ancillary costs includes, for example, hall lighting, aisle cleaning and air conditioning.

4. Exhibitor passes
Main exhibitors receive 4 exhibitor passes free of charge for a stand area of 12 m² and 1 additional pass for every 10 m² completed.

5. Calculation of stand area
All stand areas are rounded to full square meters.

6. Prices
All prices are net and subject to statutory VAT.
